Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and have all tags attached.
  • The original packaging must be included with the returned items.
  • Returns must be sent to our designated returns center.

**Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defects.

Defective Products

If you have received a faulty item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email our customer service team at hello@glimpsestudio.co within 14 days of purchase. Include photos of the faulty item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Processing Time

We strive to process returns promptly, typically within 1-3 days of receiving the item(s). If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days from the return date, please reach out to us at hello@glimpsestudio.co with proof of postage from your shipping provider, and we’ll assist you further.

Checking Return Status

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received at our warehouse. A separate email will confirm when your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by card issuer.
